有表面活性特征的有機化學物質。它包含一個親水的端（溶于水）和一個疏水的端（不溶于水）可以減少水的表面張力和在有油污或脂肪殘留物時形成乳化和均勻的溶液。
Surfactant
Organic chemical substance which has surface-active properties. It contains one hydrophilic end (soluble in water) and one hydrophobic end (insoluble in water) that allow reduction of water surface tension and forming of emulsion and homogenous solution in presence of oils or fatty residues .
